Safe vehicle access
Customers must provide accurate vehicle and location details and ensure the vehicle is parked in an approved, accessible, and safe location during the entire service window.
Authorization and final charge
Spokane Mobile Fuel may authorize the saved payment method before service. The final charge is based on actual metered gallons delivered, the locked price per gallon, applicable service fees, and any customer-selected tip.
Cancellations and unable-to-service visits
Service may be delayed, rescheduled, or declined when weather, access, vehicle condition, or site conditions make fueling unsafe or noncompliant. Applicable cancellation terms are presented before each order is confirmed.
Fuel grade selection
Customers are responsible for maintaining the correct fuel grade for each saved vehicle and reviewing the grade shown during checkout.
Records and proof of service
For safety, compliance, and billing, service records may include timestamps, GPS coordinates, meter readings, checklist responses, and photographs of the vehicle or service area.
